How do I book a cleaning?
Choose your service on our site, pick a date and time, and confirm your address. You’ll get a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not unless you prefer to be. Many customers provide building or lockbox instructions so our team can work while you’re away.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel according to our policy window before your visit. Contact support if you need help with a last-minute change.
Do you offer same-day service?
