1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SnapWeb's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SnapWeb provides web design, web development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or launch.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, SnapWeb transfers ownership of the final deliverables to the client. SnapWeb retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely content, feedback, and approvals
- Ensuring they have rights to all materials supplied to SnapWeb
- Maintaining the security of login credentials provided
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding their website and business
6. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Requests for major scope changes after project commencement may require a new agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
SnapWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranties
SnapWeb warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that websites will be free from all errors or that they will meet all specific business objectives. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings or specific traffic outcomes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable. SnapWeb reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Wyoming.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
